All nominations and votes are strictly confidential. To submit your nomination, you must complete the form fully using your name, company and email address. Only one submission per individual will be accepted. You may nominate a maximum of one hotel/venue/individual in each category.

The deadline for nominations is Tuesday 29 September at 23:59 BST. Any nominations submitted after this time will not be counted.
